From your reviews, when they agree
Every fit mention is read for direction and the size it refers to, then totaled per product. A note publishes only when enough reviews agree: 10 fit mentions and 60% agreement by default, and you can raise or lower both.
From you, everywhere else
For products without enough reviews, pick the direction, how much, and which sizes, for one product or a hundred at once. Use our sentence or write your own. When reviews catch up, the review-based note takes over, unless you’d rather keep yours.
The block renders it
Add the Fit Notes app block to your product template and position it where you want. It picks up your theme’s type and reads the published note for whichever product is on screen.

Direction, a little or a lot, and which sizes. Set one product from its page in Shopify admin, or many at once in the app.

Write up to 150 characters of your own, or use the standard sentence, which already ships translated. Translate your wording on the Language page.

Honest about the source
A note you set speaks in your brand’s voice and never shows review counts or percentages. Only review-based notes say “customers say.”

Five display styles
A plain recommendation, the underlying statistic, both together, a runs-small to runs-large scale, or the scale with the sentence under it.

Subtle with an accent rule, outlined, or plain text with no framing at all. Accent and background colors are yours to set.

Optional detail
Show the review count behind the verdict, and name the specific sizes that run small, so the note is checkable rather than a claim.

Silence when uncertain
Review-based notes stay silent until the evidence is clear. A wrong fit note is worse than none, so where your reviews haven’t settled it, the note is yours to set or to skip.

Impressions are measured
The pixel records when a note is actually seen, and reports add-to-cart rates for sessions that saw one against sessions that did not.

Presented as observation
That comparison is reported side by side with no causal badge. Observational cohorts are not an experiment, and the rates are left to speak for themselves.
