One review app at a time, on purpose

Connecting a second review provider disconnects the first. Here is why that is deliberate.

Two review sets cannot be merged honestly

The same customer appears in both, fit questions differ between providers, and any combined percentage would be a number we could not stand behind.

Switching rebuilds the analysis

Connect a different provider and the fit signal is recomputed from that provider’s reviews, so what you read always reflects one consistent source.

Disconnecting removes the data

Review rows, fit classifications, and any published Fit Notes are purged, including the storefront metafields the notes render from.

Connect what you already run.

Connecting a review app is free on every plan. Reading the insights and publishing Fit Notes is part of Plus.
