Connecting a second review provider disconnects the first. Here is why that is deliberate.
The same customer appears in both, fit questions differ between providers, and any combined percentage would be a number we could not stand behind.
Connect a different provider and the fit signal is recomputed from that provider’s reviews, so what you read always reflects one consistent source.
Review rows, fit classifications, and review-based Fit Notes are purged, including their storefront metafields. Notes you set yourself stay.
